APC Enduro 250 Rescheduled for Sunday, May 1
DELAWARE, ON (April 22, 2005): Delaware Speedway’s season opening race, originally scheduled for Saturday afternoon, April 23, has been cancelled. The APC Enduro 250 race that was scheduled for Sunday, April 24 has been rescheduled to Sunday, May 1 at 2:00 p.m.
Delaware Speedway’s weekly program will resume with the event on Saturday, April 30, as scheduled. There are no confirmed plans to make up the April 23rd race events at this time.
The lineup for Saturday, April 30 will include three of Delaware Speedway’s four weekly divisions; the Cintas Late Models, Delaware Speedway’s “Feature” division in the NASAR Dodge Weekly Series, the POWERADE Modifieds and Kendall Motor Oil Street Stocks. The Challenger Motor Freight Truck division will now have its first event on Friday, May 6.
Spectator gates open at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30. Racing will begin at 2:00 p.m.
The APC Enduro 250, originally scheduled for this Sunday, April 24, will run on Sunday, May 1. Spectator gates open at 1:00 p.m. on May 1. The race will begin at 2:00 p.m.
