NASCAR: "[Richard] Buck formerly was Director of Racing Development, Canada"

This release came from NASCAR today.

As of now, there's no word on his replacement in Canada, or if there will be a replacement.

CLARIFICATION (1:25 p.m): NASCAR's Herb Branham just sent me the following note: "Buck will continue to oversee the Canada development."
