Sports car racing standout, Malcolm Strachan, will make his late model stock car racing debut at Kawartha Speedway on July 14th.
The three-time road racing champion will drive a Kirk Mowat prepared car for 2 race nights at Kawartha while regular driver, Brandon Mowat, is racing at Evans Mills, N.Y. in his dirt modified.
Strachan is also defending his ’05 Quebec GT Championship with the Mobil 1 Corvette and will do several Ontario events at Mosport and Shannonville.
The Toronto Grand Prix Indy Car weekend will also see Strachan driving a Phil Strudwick ’73 vintage Corvette in the ATTO Vintage GT Challenge July 9th weekend.
