May 1, 2006. Brad Graham and the Challenger Motor Freight/Logel’s Auto Parts Charger Dodge team hit the track and turned a few laps of practice at the annual Mopar Day held recently at Barrie Speedway.
“This is our second Mopar Day and we’re happy to be here with the rest of the teams, it’s a good opportunity for us to hear about what Mopar and Dodge do for CASCAR and thank them, plus we get a little track time, and every time you get out on the track you learn something” stated Brad Graham.
The 2005 season was a significant step forward for Brad Graham. Acquiring additional sponsorship support from Logel’s Auto Parts of course provided the team with more resources but also the encouragement and assistance of John Logel. “I can’t tell you how good it is to have John with us at the track” stated Graham. “He provides another pair of eyes and ears to look at a situation, he’s very knowledgeable and his support of our team and CASCAR has been tremendous”.
With top ten finishes the norm and finishing in the top five in the overall points championship last season Brad Graham and the Challenger Motor Freight/Logel’s Auto Parts Charger Dodge team are considered among the contenders to win at every event.
“We improved last year no doubt about it” said Graham. “But in this series the competition is so tough we have to improve again this year. We’ll be out testing again before the opening race and we’ll be ready to go at the opening event on May 21st” enthused the driver.
The CASCAR Super Series is Canada’s only sanctioned National touring stock car racing series competing from coast to coast. CASCAR stages events at the most famous oval tracks in Canada and will also compete at the Grand Prix of Edmonton and the Grand Prix of Trois Rivieres.
