The event will be titled the “GO-RACING.CA 300”.Barrie Speedway made big news this year when it was announced that the CASCAR Super Series Victoria Day event would be held at the facility for the first time. Fans were delighted with the Canada Day event at Barrie last summer, and will be able to enjoy two tremendous events there in 2006.

The action-packed weekend event will feature racing to satisfy the most hardcore fan, from Barrie Speedway home series Yanch Heating and Air Pure Stock Fours, St Onge Recreation Thunder Cars, and CARQUEST Late models, to an Ontario invitational in each of the aforementioned classes, to the two big events: The CASCAR Super Series Twin 50’s on Saturday evening and the 250 lap feature on Sunday evening.
