TO: ALL CASCAR SUPER SERIES CAR OWNERS, CREW CHIEFS, AND DRIVERS:
Effective May 20, 2006 -The following is an amendment to the 2006 CASCAR Super Series Rule Book:
It is MANDATORY all Spotters scan Race Control during a competition event. It is highly recommended during all sessions. (Communication between the Driver and Spotter will override Race Control). If the radio cannot be programmed for this, the Spotter must have a scanner that is scanning Race Control.
