DIRT Hall of Fame Day Blow-Out Sale May 28 On Cayuga County Fairgrounds

Weedsport, NY – May 15, 2006 DIRT MotorSports NorthEast’s 15th Annual Hall of Fame Induction Day on May 28 will be even more memorable as the Museum Building will also be staging a huge Merchandise Blow-Out Sale at the home of DIRT NE Headquarters on the Cayuga County Fairgrounds.

The festive Memorial Day Weekend race program at 'The Port' features a LIVE DIRTvision webcast of the Advance Auto Parts Modified Super DIRT Series. DIRT Sportsman, DIRT Street Stock and Midstate Vintage Stock Car Club action fills out the 6 p.m. card in Cayuga County's traditional holiday short-rack showdown. Adult general admission tickets are $20 each, Senior Citizens (60 yrs + over) $18, Students (11-18 yrs) $10 and Children (10 yrs. + under) Free.

DIRT MotorSports’ big Merchandise Blow-Out Sale will last just four hours prior to race time. The 12 noon-4 p.m. liquidation will include everything from adult and children's tee-shirts, denim shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hats, souvenir programs, decals and Super DIRT Week '05 commodities.

"We're discounting everything to make more room for our 2006 apparel line," remarked Tamara Reyer, coordinator of merchandise distribution from the DIRT MotorSports NE main office. "This is a rare opportunity to pick up some great deals on anything that was missed out over Christmas or just stock up for the upcoming race season."

Some of the same apparel items made available through DIRT Sportswear Direct will be offered at sale prices of 50-75% off the regular cost. All sales are cash ONLY and final at time of purchase. Plan to arrive early on Sunday, May 28 as the DIRT inventory is sure to go fast in this early-season blow-out bonanza.

The DIRT MotorSports NorthEast Hall of Fame & Classic Car Museum is adjacent to DIRT Headquarters, located on the Cayuga County Fairgrounds just one mile off Exit 40 of the New York State Thruway.
