This morning, I received a note from Denise Gibbons - the wife of CASCAR Super Series veteran Peter Gibbons - announcing the passing of Peter's mom, Margaret Gibbons.
Margaret was a fan of Peter's racing efforts and it was special for him when she was able to join he and the rest of the team in victory lane, following a win.
We pass along our sincerest condolences to the entire Gibbons family for their loss. Denise said she would accept notes at
her e-mail address, to pass along to the rest of the family.
