HALIFAX, NS (July 5, 2006) – The CARQUEST Pro Stock Tour makes its second appearance of the 2006 season at Scotia Speedworld on Saturday July 8, 2006.

After three events of the 11 race series, only one point separates points leader Gordie Ryan (Wellington, NS) and John Flemming (Halifax, NS), while Wayne Smith (Timberlea, NS) sits in third pace, five points back. Rounding out the top five are Brad Mann (Glen Livet, NB) in fourth and last Saturday’s race winner at Raceway Park, Greg Proude (North Wiltshire, PE) is fifth.
