EDMONTON, AB - J.R. Fitzpatrick posted the fastest time of the Saturday morning qualifying session for the CASCAR competitors at the Grand Prix of Edmonton to earn the pole position for Saturday afternoon's Griddly Headz 100. His Fitzpatrick Motorsports teammate Don Thomson Jr. was second quickest and will start on the outside of the front row.
In all, 40 drivers posted qualifying times during the Friday and Saturday sessions.
