Greetings Everyone:
Just an update on the "Ride With Us Tour...2" for The War Amps being held on August 6, 2006. Everything pertaining to this event is progressing very well. Sponsors are starting to donate. Participant prizes are starting to file in. Things are starting to fall in order.
The route for this years event has been scheduled to cover parts of beautiful Grey & Bruce Counties.
After a fundraising breakfast at Steelback Sauble Speedway, with the food & drinks being donated by Solway's IGA in Wiarton, this tour will be departing from Sauble Speedway and proceeding to Tobermory via some breath taking water view sceneries.
I have attached a picture of one of the many spectacular sites you will see while travelling on our proposed route. Please plan on attending this event, it will be awesome.
The return trip of this tour will finish at Sauble Speedway for our event ending ceremonies before the start of the Shouldice ALSTAR Series Quaker State 100 for anyone interesting in attending this highly publicized stock car racing event.
Don't forget to mark this date on your calendar now, August 6th, 2006 for a great day of fun. I will be following up with a schedule of times & the route soon.
