B&M Racing Acquires McLeod Industries

Chatsworth, CA: B&M Racing & Performance Products, the undisputed leader in automatic transmission technology is proud to announce the acquisition of McLeod Industries.

McLeod has been on the forefront of street performance and racing clutch technology for over a quarter of a century. McLeod, founded in 1971 by clutch guru Red Roberts, manufactures and distributes a full line of clutch assemblies, flywheels, hydraulic throw-out bearings, bellhousings and rail shifters.

“The joining of these two industry icons, with almost 100-years of racing heritage, will now be the most formidable power delivery group in the performance aftermarket,” said Roberts.
