From Kawartha Speedway's Website...Kawartha Speedway will be holding an open test day on Friday May 26th. Track time will be available from 3:00 pm until dark. (approx. 8:30 pm).
Due to continuous requests from race teams in all divisions, Kawartha Speedway will offer teams an open test day one week prior to the regularly scheduled season opener. There are several new teams coming to Kawartha for the first time, as well as an influx of rookie drivers in every division, that have expressed interest in having a chance to turn some laps in preparation for the 2006 season opener.
... Tech staff will be on hand to give teams the chance to have any technical procedures performed or have questions answered prior to opening night... Entry will be $5.00 per person in the pit area. Spectators will be free of charge. There will be no grandstands available for this event.
