Hello Everyone,
I hope that everyone had a great civic long weekend. This weekend marks the halfway point of the season for Tiemersma Motorsports. Although the season is half over, we still have another half to race…and we are looking forward to a number of big races in the coming months. This next weekend Derrick Tiemersma will have the #7 Monte Carlo at Flamboro Speedway while Tony Tiemersma will have the #7 Grand Prix at Kawartha Speedway. This season Tony Tiemersma is truly showing that the apple didn’t fall far from the tree as he is showing more and more every week that he is getting more comfortable behind the wheel of his car. This past weekend he was able to finish 3rd in a 50 lap race at Sunset Speedway after not racing there for over a month and starting from the 23rd position.Two weeks from now Derrick is planning on racing at the 3rd annual Summer Sizzler at Kawartha Speedway for a 200 lap race. This would be one of the teams favorite races of the summer as it pits both drivers and crews against each other.
I have posted some news on the website and have updated the results pages a bit since I last had a chance.
This year all of your products have helped us a great deal. If it were not for the support from ALL of you things would be a lot harder around Tiemersma Motorsports.
