The Southern Ontario Sprints head into a double header weekend with stops at the Ohsweken and Brighton Speedways. Glenn Styres enters the weekend as the current SOS point leader by just 20 points over second place Warren Mahoney and by only 21 points over Bob Crawford who sits third. The first race of the weekend comes Friday night at the Ohsweken Speedway at 7:45 PM. The teams then travel east to the Brighton Speedway on Saturday night for the fourth of six visits to the 1/3 mile clay oval. Race time at Brighton is 7:00 PM.

There will be a silent auction at Brighton Speedway for the nose wing that was on Dick's car that he flipped during his last visit to the track, plus a T-shirt. The auction will close on the Labour Day Classic Weekend and be presented to the highest bidder. The money raised will go to the cancer society in honour of former SOS Official Marie White.
