SPARTA, ON - On Thursday, March 16, Justice Morissette released her decision regarding the costs associated with the long-running lawsuit against St. Thomas Dragway. She ruled that both parties would pay their own costs and neither would have to pay any of the other sides costs. This brings finality to the suit.
