Courtesy Bruce F. MehlenbacherJORDAN STATION, ON (March 28, 2006) – Carl Spiering continued his control in the points chase for the Torco Race Fuels Pro Modified Shootout at the Amalie Oil Texas Nationals in the International Hot Rod (IHRA) eMax Drag Racing Series.
Spiering, driving the Eaton Electrical Supercharged Pro Modified Chevrolet Corvette at San Antonio Raceway qualified in the tenth position and maintained a 20-point lead over defending Torco Race Fuels Pro Modified World Champion, Mike Castellana from Westbury, NY.
The Torco Race Fuels Pro Modified Shootout will be contested in Martin, MI, during the Torco Race Fuels Northern Nationals.
