SPEEDTV has a story on the state of the open wheel unification talks.
This story first came out a few weeks ago, but then went cold... at least publicly.
Now, the principals are admitting that progress is being made.
Indy Racing League founder Tony George has publicly admitted for the first time to be in talks with Champ Car co-owner Kevin Kalkhoven regarding the possibility of an open-wheel merger.
