MILTON, ON – John Fletcher, the OSCAAR Outlaw Super Late Model racer who came within a flat tire of winning the 2004 series championship, will return as the driver of the JNE Consulting Ltd. #61 Super Late Model for 2005.
Fletcher’s Goldstar Motorsports operation is looking forward to competing in the highly-competitive tour, which is quickly establishing itself as one of the country’s most competitive and exciting stock car series.
“We had a great season last year and even though we didn’t end up with the championship, we were very proud of what we accomplished,” said Fletcher, from his team’s shop in Milton, ON. “We won three races – including the prestigious Don Biederman Memorial for the third year in a row – so we are looking forward to challenging champion Rob Clarke and the rest of the OSCAAR field this season.”
And as excited as he is about the upcoming campaign, Fletcher is equally enthused about doing it with primary sponsorship from JNE Consulting Ltd.
“JNE came on board with us last year and it will be an honour to have them partner with our team again this season as we go after wins and the championship,” continued Fletcher.
