STETTEN, Germany —
Ferrari owners don't normally think of Germany as a source for go-faster pieces for their F360s, 575 Maranellos and 612 Scagliettis.
But Novitec Rosso isn't your typical German tuning house. Specializing in Italian sports cars — especially exotic Italian sports cars — the firm recently put a modified
F430 through a wind tunnel to demonstrate the efficacy of its aerodynamic add-ons. Turns out the Novitec aero kit is just as pleasing to the eye as it is effective in reducing lift and drag.

The package includes a front spoiler, rear skirt, side skirts and a choice of rear wings, for the
F430 coupe and convertible. For further weight reduction, most of the pieces are available in high-strength carbon. For purely visual effect, Novitec offers a clear plastic engine cover. For more information, see the
Novitec Rosso Web site.
