DETROIT — A panel of U.S. and Canadian auto writers on Wednesday announced its finalists for North American Car and Truck of the Year and — no surprise — the balloting was dominated by U.S. and Japanese brands.
The COTY finalists include the Toyota Camry,
the Saturn Aura and the Honda Fit.

The TOTY finalists include the
Ford Edge
the
Chevrolet Silverado

the
Mazda CX-7

Winners will be announced January 7 at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
