Last week, your two favourite Top Gear presenters whose names begin with the letter “’J” headed to Dunsfold to reveal to the world’s press the details of this year’s Top Gear Live tour.
Full details of Top Gear Live are here: this year’s extravaganza includes the first ever transparent car, Porsches transformed beyond all recognition and a custom made ‘Godzilla’ Nissan GT-R going head to head with a police helicopter. Indoors. Plus, the three presenters having the time of their lives.

As it was a boiling-hot day, we obviously decided to commandeer the 747 often seen lurking by the back straight of the Top Gear track, pull up the blinds, hope the air conditioning still worked (it didn’t), and see what they’d been up to.
Excuse the rather rudimentary nature of the film – not up to the usual TopGear.com polished standards, we’re afraid. Filming two men chatting on a plane proved harder than we thought.
