While playing with a high-end wheel like the Mercedes SLS AMG, you are definitely no stranger to speed. So, taking your love for speed and Mercedes, the legendary Cigarette Racing has partnered with Mercedes-Benz’ AMG tuning department to craft a speedster of the waters. Unveiled at the 2010 Miami International Boat Show last week, this new 46-foot custom racing boat takes its inspiration from Mercedes’ SLS AMG supercar. Equipped with a pair of Mercury twin-turbocharged V-8s, these 9-liter engines are tuned to produce upwards of 1350 hp each to shove the boat to 130 mph. Hand-painted in Mercedes’ own “Alubeam” silver along with “Mystic White” stripes, the AMG boat has seating trimmed in the same Nappa leather found inside the SLS AMG. Apart from its metalized glory, the boat’s forward cabin includes an Alcantara headliner and a carbon fiber cooler. There’s no info on pricing yet, but it is expected to cost nearly five times the price of an SLS AMG, i.e. somewhere near $1 million.
