SMITHVILLE, ON – Bodine Manufacturing's # 21 Driver West Talons' July 2 return to his home track of Mosport International Speedway was not what he had planned. The team was hoping to keep improving on the little improvements made during the recent outings at Kawartha and Sauble. Unfortunately this was not to be.During the second practice after scuffing in some new tires in the first, the Bodine Mfg. #21 suffered an engine failure and ended the night of competition very early. West had this to say we are surprised with this setback and are unsure of our future at present.
